By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PMT Digital provides creative and acquisition marketing services, including on-location cinematic video production, custom web design, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate signed agreement or proposal.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it. You may not disrupt or attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, accounts, or systems not intended for you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, video, and software — is owned by or licensed to PMT Digital and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Upon full payment, client-owned deliverables transfer per the terms of the governing project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable effective delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access, materials, and approvals;
• Ensure provided materials are legally usable and accurate;
• Cooperate with scheduling, including on-location production windows;
• Pay all invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.

6. Payments & Fees

Service fees, retainers, and payment schedules are defined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may be subject to suspension of services and applicable late fees.

7. Market Exclusivity

PMT Digital protects clients by territory and niche. Once partnered, we will not accept retainers from your direct competitors in the same geographic territory and niche for the duration of the active engagement. Exclusivity is subject to the terms defined in the signed engagement agreement.

8. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results depend on numerous variables outside our control, including market conditions, product fit, and client follow-through. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or view outcomes. Our commitments are to strategy, execution quality, and transparent reporting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMT Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you during the period the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms or the governing agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become immediately due. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
